Job summary

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level administrative specialist in Willmar, MN. The role focuses on researching and matching invoices on manufacturers' sites and coding invoices to ensure timely payments. You will handle calls professionally, resolve discrepancies, and support the Parts/Aftermarket teams while maintaining accurate records.

The position requires detail orientation, independence, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth in a respected automotive group founded in 1922.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be detail oriented with accurate data entry and filing.
• Entry level, but strong administrative and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with invoice research and coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Researching and matching invoices on Manufacturer's website and coding invoices for payment timelines.
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Research discrepancies and resolve them when necessary.
• Issue credits and assist Ordering and Aftermarket Glass Team.
• Back up the parts ordering process when required.
• Accurately entering data in company systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
