Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or on track to complete by December 2026.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience with PLC or industrial control systems preferred.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA applications preferred.
• Exposure to GMP, validation, data integrity, or regulated environments preferred.
• Overtime and multi-shift availability including weekends/holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on automation and OT support for manufacturing operations during the assigned shift.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensor, communication, computer, network connectivity, and automated equipment issues.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, testing, and configuration activities per procedures.
• Document work performed and communicate equipment status during shift handoffs.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities on automated equipment and OT systems.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and suggest reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
• Follow safety, quality, change-control, data integrity, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, IT, and external suppliers to restore and maintain equipment operation.
• Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, testing, and startup activities.
