Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an entry-level Automation Engineer to support manufacturing automation systems at the Anasco site. You will troubleshoot equipment, assist with improvements, and prepare clear technical documentation in line with site procedures and quality requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Zero to two years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, co-op, academic project, laboratory, or hands-on technical experience is welcomed.
- Basic knowledge or academic exposure in PLC or industrial control systems, HMI or SCADA applications, industrial equipment, sensors, instrumentation, robotics, or communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide automation and manufacturing support for automated equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensor, communication, and equipment issues.
- Help develop, modify, and test basic PLC and HMI applications under guidance.
- Document work performed and communicate findings to the team.
- Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, testing, and startup activities.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor activities as assigned.
