Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician in the Boston area. You will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers by learning to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services (tires, oil changes, filters, etc.).
• Train with mid- and senior-level technicians to expand service skills.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting heavy tires and wheels when needed.
