Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. Training is provided to learn basic services such as tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service.

No prior experience required; must be 18+, have a valid driver\'s license, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Positions may involve lifting and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.
• Preference for a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn basic automotive skills and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Train with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience in automotive repairs.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure guestVehicles are handled with care.
• Contribute to a fun, fast-paced team environment while meeting safety standards.
