Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service and building a foundation for a career in the tire and auto service industry. No prior auto tech experience is required; we train you.

You will mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, replace filters, and support senior technicians. A valid driver's license and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in automotive maintenance is not required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn new automotive technologies and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services in Goodyear Auto Service centers.
• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and filter replacements.
• Support seasoned technicians and deliver excellent guest service.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures during all tasks.
