Quality Automotive Services, a Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) franchisee, is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Lakewood, CO. No prior automotive experience required; we provide hands-on training to start your career in automotive maintenance.

You will learn 18-point maintenance checks, oil changes, fluid inspections, and tire care in a stay-in-your-car environment. Flexible shifts with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive certification or formal training is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in automotive repair and maintenance, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, crouch, and work in varied positions.

Responsabilités

• Guest greeting and friendly customer interaction for stay-in-your-car service.
• Explain 18-point maintenance checks and basic recommended services clearly.
• Assist in recommending only necessary preventative maintenance.
• Work with teammates to deliver prompt, high-quality service.
• Learn to answer basic customer questions about vehicle fluids and routine maintenance.
