Quality Automotive Services, a Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) franchisee, is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn vehicle preventive maintenance in a stay-in-your-car service setting.

You will gain hands-on training in oil changes, 18-point checks, fluid maintenance, and tire care, while delivering friendly, efficient service. No prior automotive experience required; be ready to grow with our team and benefit from career opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive certification or formal training is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in automotive repair and maintenance with willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, and working in varied positions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
