Quality Automotive Services, a Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) franchisee, seeks an entry-level Lube Technician. No prior automotive experience is required as comprehensive hands-on training is provided to start a career in automotive maintenance.

You will learn 18-point checks, oil changes, fluid maintenance, tire care, and safety protocols while delivering friendly service in a stay-in-your-car environment. Training emphasizes growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive certification or formal training is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in automotive repair and maintenance with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, crouch and work in varied positions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with professional interactions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Reliable transportation.
