Quality Automotive Services, a Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) franchisee in Alachua, FL, is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No experience required; we provide comprehensive hands-on training to help you start a rewarding career in automotive maintenance and guest service.

You will learn 18-point maintenance checks, oil changes, fluid maintenance, tire care, and safe shop practices while delivering friendly, efficient service in a stay-in-your-car environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in automotive repair and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate maintenance results clearly to customers.
• Learn and perform 18-point maintenance checks and basic services.
• Assist in oil changes, fluid checks, and tire care under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and follow safety protocols.
