Full Throttle Automotive LLC in Evansville, IN is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to perform oil changes, routine maintenance, DVIs, tire services, and light repairs. This fast-paced shop offers a supportive team and opportunities to grow your skills.

You'll work in a climate-controlled facility with a large parts inventory, paid training, and a path to higher-level technician roles. Compensation includes hourly pay, performance bonuses, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume shop environment preferred, entry-level candidates welcome.
• Must have own basic tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine maintenance.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) accurately.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs (filters, wipers, batteries, brakes, light repairs).
• Mount, balance, and repair tires when assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations.
