You'll work in a climate-controlled facility with a large parts inventory, paid training, and a path to higher-level technician roles. Compensation includes hourly pay, performance bonuses, and health coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine maintenance.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) accurately.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs (filters, wipers, batteries, brakes, light repairs).
• Mount, balance, and repair tires when assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations.

Position Overview

The Lube Technician (Entry-Level Automotive Technician / Oil Change Technician) is responsible for performing oil changes, routine maintenance services, digital vehicle inspections, tire services, and light repairs. This role supports the shop’s daily workflow while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

We operate at a very high pace with a consistently full schedule, so reliability, urgency, and attention to detail are critical.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine vehicle maintenance
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) accurately and consistently
• Perform basic maintenance repairs such as filters, wipers, batteries, brakes, and light repair work based on experience and training
• Mount, balance, and repair tires when assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations

Requirements

• Enjoys and performs well in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
• Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the profession
• Automotive shop experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Must have own basic tools
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $16-$19/hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
• Up to $500/month in performance bonuses - up to $6,000/year
• Additional annual performance bonus up to $2,500
• Potential for up to $8,500/year in performance bonuses
