Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous automotive experience is not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to serve guests efficiently during all operating hours
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Keep service area clean and presentable
• Mentor junior technicians as needed
• Perform oil checks, tire pressure, and fluid refills
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
