Jiffy Lube International is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles with attention to quality and safety. You will be trained to certify in offered services and support a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining a clean, safe service center while performing routine automotive tasks and inspections.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work on repair orders.
