Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; team player.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests’ vehicles focusing on quality and guest experience.
• Receive training and certification through our program.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles to teammates.
• Inspect and refill fluids; check tire pressure and oil levels.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
