Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Dependable with a good work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and needs
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior technicians and support staff
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation
• Inspect, refill and document fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter
• Follow safety policies and report issues
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
