Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician in Chula Vista, CA for an entry-level, part-time role. You will service guests' vehicles and participate in our training program to gain certification across offered services. Compensation ranges hourly with benefits through the employer.

Responsibilities include guest care, documentation, and guidance to junior staff while maintaining a safe, clean service center and adhering to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reading and interpreting safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest care and service during all operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior technicians and support staff.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
• Check oil levels, tire pressures, and fluid levels as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
