Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional servicing of guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time service during all operating hours.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and document all work performed.
• Support and mentor junior technicians and communicate oil level and tire pressure as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
