Jiffy Lube International in Tucson, AZ is seeking a General Service Technician to join our service team. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn our full-service repair process and earn certification through our training program while delivering quality work and a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Inspect and document vehicle status and service performed.
