Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Document all work performed on repair order.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level and tire pressure.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter as needed.
• Report safety issues to management and follow protocols.
• Perform duties with safety and regulatory compliance.
