Jiffy Lube International in Monroe, WA is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and support a high-quality guest experience. You will undergo the company training program to gain certification in offered services and advance within Team Car Care.

Role emphasizes teamwork, clear guest communication, and maintaining a clean, safe service center while following all safety policies and procedures; prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and working in loud environments.
