Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and instructions.
• Effective communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and service status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and support staff as needed.
• Check oil level and tire pressure, inspect and refill fluids.
• Record work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
