Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Kennewick, WA is seeking a General Service Technician in an entry-level role. You will professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and a great guest experience, supported by our training program that leads to certification.

As part of Team Car Care, you’ll promote teamwork, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, keep the service center clean, and assist with oil changes, tire pressures, and fluid checks while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication to guests and teammates.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and assist peers as needed.
• Check oil levels, tire pressures, and fluid levels; inspect and refill as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed.
