Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Centralia, WA is hiring a part-time General Service Technician. Start in an entry-level role, receive extensive training, and gain certification across our service offerings while delivering high-quality guest care.

You will work with a team, promote safety, maintain a clean shop, assist junior technicians, and document work performed on repair orders. Must be 18+, 3 months of customer-facing experience, able to lift 50 lbs, and flexible for weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures manuals
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver guest care on time and accurately
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed
• Report safety issues to management
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and working in varying temperatures
