Jiffy Lube International is looking for a General Service Technician in Covington, WA. This entry-level role focuses on professionally servicing guest vehicles and delivering top-notch quality work through our training program.

You will gain certification and experience across our services, supporting a fast-paced team and striving for guest satisfaction. Flexible hours may be required as part of the Team Car Care family.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspection and document work performed
• Report safety issues to management
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform duties including light to heavy lifting as needed
