Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in the Old Bayshore area is seeking a General Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire services, basic maintenance, and inspections as you learn from experienced technicians and store leaders.

You will handle Digital Vehicle Inspections, maintain a clean shop, and support safety and customer-ready conditions, with a path toward mentoring and career growth within Sun Auto’s service network.

Qualifications

• Reliable and safety-focused candidate with mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety standards, and store processes.
• Valid driver’s license and successful MVR check.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs accurately.
• Identify safety issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; adhere to company policies.
