Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned per dealer/factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
