Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Desire to work in automotive repair.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to follow safety standards, written procedures, and store processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and store leaders.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and repair order documentation.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through the proper channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and ready for service.
• Transport customers and pick up parts, tires, and supplies as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; report hazards to supervisor.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors; participate in ongoing training and development.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and perform other duties as assigned.
