Qualifications

• Reliable, safety-focused and mechanically inclined with eagerness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing and rotations.
• Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs accurately.
• Identify safety issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Assist with state inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize service areas; assist in parts transport.
