Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in League City, TX. The role involves guiding guests through the repair process, scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service at our League City location.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay ($60k–$65k annually) plus bonuses, paid vacations/holidays, healthcare benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Automotive Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Experience as an Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales a plus but not required.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests in branded vehicle.
• Explain repair options to guests clearly and honestly.
• Receive, process, and coordinate parts and errands as needed.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork.
• Coordinate and participate in guest service activities as workload dictates.
• Build authentic relationships with customers and community partners.
• Present the best solution to repair guest vehicles in an understandable way.
