This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple brands with extensive training, coaching, and internal promotion potential.

The position emphasizes weekend availability, strong customer interaction, and a path toward leadership as the company continues its Midwest growth and market leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Positive attitude and enthusiastic Consultant with a Team Player mentality.
• Strong comprehension of simple amortization math and business processes.
• High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities.
• Proficient in Outlook and CRM software (Preferred, but NOT a must).
• Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency.
• Ability to focus on a customer's needs, first. To enhance store volume and over all personal success.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Aufgaben

• Meet and greet guests with our guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Aid in walking our guests through available vehicle solutions to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate capability of a selected vehicle in a fun/professional way to enhance our guest's experience.
• Aid in processing guest's preliminary paperwork in an efficient and correct fashion.
• Assist in helping colleagues and management team with any issues with inventory on the lot.
• Apply our time tested process in a way that keeps our guests engaged and maximizes efficiency.
