Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards including inventory processes.
• Carry out general stocking, truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
