Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry‑level Salesperson to support the DIY business, focusing on customer service, parts knowledge, and store operations. The role requires basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with store systems, plus the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers.

You will assist customers in person and by phone, aim to meet personal and store sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic knowledge of store systems and inventory processes.
• Basic automotive system and parts knowledge.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
