Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business. This entry‑level, full‑ or part‑time role requires basic automotive knowledge, friendly communication, and the ability to operate store systems.

You will assist customers, source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers, and help maintain inventory and pricing accuracy. You will provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintain store standards, and handle stocking, deliveries, and safety

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
• Perform basic math for parts pricing and inventory
• Able to work varied shifts including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
