Job summary

Firestone Complete Auto Care, part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nashville. You will support vehicle service, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Salary ranges from $11.88 to $17.82 per hour with full-time benefits from day one, including medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, ASE certifications, and a 401(k) match. Training is provided and opportunities to advance within a trusted brand are available.

Qualifications

• Able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install tires and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
