Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full-time and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and paid time off.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles, with a pay range of $12.54 to $18.81 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
