Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Firestone Complete Auto Care location. The role is entry-level and supports a flagship automotive service operation in Nashville, TN. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are highlighted.

You will be part of a team servicing vehicles, learning diagnostic and repair skills, and contributing to tire and mechanical maintenance tasks from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
