Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nashville, TN.

This entry-level role involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles as part of a collaborative service team. We provide full-time and part-time options from day one benefits, ongoing training, ASE certifications, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
