Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nashville. This entry-level role supports a busy service team, diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems and performing routine maintenance.

Pay ranges from $16 to $24 per hour, with benefits from day one, tool discounts, and opportunities for ASE certification. Full-time and part-time roles available with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
