Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role offers full-time or part-time benefits from day one, with a pay range of $12.54–$18.81 per hour.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes and maintenance, tire care, and road testing. A valid driver's license is required; prior automotive service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
