Job summary

Bridgestone Americas through Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Mesa, AZ. This entry-level role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one and training opportunities to grow within the team.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, install batteries and suspensions, and road test vehicles. No prior experience required; ASE certifications supported.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
