Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Goodyear, AZ. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles for safe operation.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Reading, writing and math skills sufficient for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes and suspension.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries and electrical components.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with on-the-job training and certification programs.
