Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. through Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and safety checks, with on-the-job training. We offer full- and part-time roles with day-one benefits, a tool program, ASE certifications, and a competitive pay range ($15.18–$22.77 per hour).

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
