Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a high-performing team servicing vehicles with full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program. Pay range is $12.54–$18.81 per hour.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, routine maintenance, tire service, and electrical system checks while ensuring safety and quality in every service. This position offers growth and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
