Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one. The position offers hands-on training and opportunities for ASE certifications.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles. A valid driver’s license is required; prior automotive service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electricals.
  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles to verify repair quality.
