Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy in Hahira, GA is seeking dependable individuals for part-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism under BCBA supervision. No prior ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply; candidates must be willing to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.

You’ll provide ABA services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, following individualized treatment plans and helping with communication, social, and daily living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No ABA experience required.
• RBT certification not required to apply.
• Must obtain RBT within 30 days of hire.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.
