Tellos, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Chickamauga, GA to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision. No prior ABA experience or RBT certification is required, but certification must be pursued within 30 days of hire.

Hours are 30 per week, Monday–Friday 8am–2pm, with in-school and in-home opportunities. Reliable transportation and consistent availability are important for success in this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Follow individualized plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate with supervising BCBA.
