Tellos ABA Therapy in Chickamauga, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and the community under BCBA supervision.

The role requires an active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-2pm; 30 hours/week). Compensation is $22-$28 per hour plus ongoing supervision and support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
