Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy in Georgia seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in homes, schools, and the community. You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA plans and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply, and you must obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire. Tellos provides training, supervision, and reimbursement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous ABA experience required.
• RBT certification not required to apply.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.
