Job summary

Tellos ABA Therapy in Hahira, GA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will support BCBA guided plans, work in homes, schools, and community settings.

No prior ABA experience is required and RBT certification is not needed to apply, but you must obtain RBT within 30 days. Schedule Mon-Thu 8:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm (BREAK) for a total of 20 hours per week. This is a part-time, W-2 role offering competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior ABA experience required.
• RBT certification not required to apply.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.
